Free ¥0. Standard ¥1,680/seat/month (tax incl.). Pro ¥3,480/seat/month (tax incl.). Monthly total = seats × unit price.
Minimum Seats
Paid plans (Standard / Pro) require a minimum of 3 seats per organization.
Additional Fees
No fees other than the subscription (internet/communication costs are borne by the customer).

Payment Timing
Charged at subscription start (seats × unit price). Auto-renewed and charged monthly thereafter. When seats increase due to added members, the additional seats are prorated and charged automatically.
Service Delivery
Available immediately after payment is confirmed.
Refund / Cancellation (Customer-initiated)
No refunds for digital services. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund / Cancellation (Service Defect)
In the event of a significant service disruption caused by us, we will address the matter on a case-by-case basis. Please contact admin@kojinius.jp.
