Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the calendar management service "KALENEX" ("the Service") provided by Kojinius ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.


1. Definitions

The following terms are used in these Terms:

  • "Service" refers to the calendar and task management service "Kalenex" provided by us.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  • "Content" refers to events, tasks, attached files, and other data that Users register or submit to the Service.

2. Registration

The Service is available only to users who have been invited through a method specified by us. Registration is performed via Google social login. You agree not to provide false information during registration.


3. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:

  1. Any act that violates applicable laws or public morals
  2. Infringement of intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights of us or third parties
  3. Unauthorized access or hacking of our systems
  4. Any act that may interfere with the operation of the Service
  5. Commercial advertising or promotion using the Service (unless expressly permitted by us)
  6. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
  7. Unauthorized use of another User's account
  8. Any other act deemed inappropriate by us

4. Service Availability

4-1. Modifications and Interruptions

We may modify the content of the Service or suspend/discontinue the Service without prior notice to Users. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result.

4-2. Termination of Service

We may terminate the Service with reasonable advance notice. Upon termination, User data will be deleted.


5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the software, design, text, logos, and other elements of the Service belong to us or their respective rights holders. Users retain intellectual property rights in the Content they register, but we may use such Content to the extent necessary to provide the Service.


6. Disclaimers

We do not warrant any of the following regarding the Service:

  • That the Service is fit for any particular purpose of the User
  • That the Service will be provided without interruption
  • That the Service is free from errors or bugs
  • The accuracy or completeness of information obtained through the Service

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability shall be limited to the amount of usage fees actually received from the User.


7. Personal Information

The handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.


8. Account Suspension and Deletion

We may suspend or delete a User's account without prior notice if any of the following apply:

  1. The User has violated these Terms
  2. The User has engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Service
  3. We determine that the User's continued use of the Service is inappropriate

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms with prior notice to Users when deemed necessary. For significant changes, we will provide in-app notifications or email notifications. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.


11. Automated Operations via MCP

The Service accepts connections from external AI clients that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP) ("MCP Clients"). When you grant access to an MCP Client, that client may automatically read, create, update, or delete your data in the Service (calendars, tasks, memos, etc.).

  1. Granting access permissions to MCP Clients is done at your own discretion and risk.
  2. We bear no responsibility for any data modifications, deletions, or transmissions resulting from automated operations.
  3. You can review the scope and history of authorized MCP Clients in the audit log at /settings/mcp.
  4. If you detect suspicious automated activity, immediately revoke the relevant client's access from the settings screen.
  5. Automated operations via MCP are still subject to the prohibited activities set out in Section 3.
